Position: Vice Principal

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
• Oversee teaching and learning processes in Senior Secondary classes.
• Mentor and support teachers for effective CBSE Board exam preparation.
• Maintain discipline, ensure curriculum delivery, and drive academic performance.
• Actively handle classroom teaching in one of the core subjects (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology).
• Lead by example in managing both teaching responsibilities and leadership roles.
• Coordinate with parents, staff, and management to achieve the school’s vision.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Postgraduate with B.Ed/M.Ed in relevant discipline.
• Experience in Senior Secondary CBSE curriculum handling.
• Prior experience as Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator is highly preferred.
• Proven track record as a Board-handling Teacher in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
