As a Vice President-FX Options and Metals at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in supporting Sigma/Sigma+/Infrastructure by enhancing and supporting FX C++ library services, developing new APIs interfaces, service-oriented applications, and tools for Sigma distribution. To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Software Engineering, a minimum of 10 years of development experience using Primary C++/C++11 with Python as a secondary skill, expertise in software product development, and strong experience in network programming, multithreading/multiprocessing low latency development. Your proficiency in C++ concepts, code versioning tools, and written and verbal communication skills will be essential. Additionally, experience in web technologies, spreadsheet development, and knowledge of Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools will be advantageous.
