As the Vice President of Fraud Analytics and Operations at Fidelity, your role is crucial in leading the Fraud Analytics function within the Fraud Risk and Control (FRC) organization. You will be responsible for developing fraud loss and performance reporting to drive risk mitigation, optimize decision strategies, and support cross-functional product and engineering initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and lead the fraud reporting function, develop KPIs and strategies, identify fraud trends/patterns, and enhance detection efficacy. - Develop predictive models and forecasting tools for fraud loss, customer service demand, and fraud detection. - Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and initiatives. - Design risk strategies for new product launches, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee the creation of self-service analytics tools and dashboards. - Prioritize critical work and ensure a sound fraud risk awareness culture within the team. - Act quickly and decisively on risk and control weaknesses during investigations. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, AWS, A/B testing, and predictive modeling. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leadership. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk governance frameworks.
