We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate with proven experience in sales, marketing, and client engagement, particularly in the POS solutions for restaurants domain . The role involves supporting business development, executing marketing initiatives, and engaging with clients to strengthen adoption of our solutions, including Vibhathi.com, SnapMenu.ai, and GenAIEmbed.ai . Office Timing : US Key Responsibilities: Sales Identify and qualify leads for enterprise and SMB segments. Support the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting pitching demos proposals closure. Assist in partner/channel development for Vibhathi.com, SnapMenu.ai, and GenAIEmbed.ai . Collaborate with product/technical teams for solution demos and client onboarding. Marketing Execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, email campaigns). Contribute to product branding, marketing collateral, case studies, and presentations. Support planning and execution of events/roadshows (e.g., GenAI workshops, product launches ). Manage CRM entries, track leads, and maintain reporting dashboards. Client & Market Engagement Build and nurture long-term client relationships. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide go-to-market strategy inputs. Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product teams for feature enhancements. Key Skills & Requirements: 2+ years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in POS solutions/restaurant technology . MBA (Sales/Marketing specialization preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, CRM systems). Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced startup/tech environment . Experience in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise sales will be an advantage.
