Vibe AI Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Developer/Lead with expertise in MERN stack development to lead the development of cutting-edge applications with an AI-first approach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure, focusing on AI-driven agentic architectures and effective communication. Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, designing and building scalable microservices, developing high-quality mobile and web applications, staying updated on the latest technologies, enforcing code standards, providing feedback to team members, managing deployments, monitoring performance, and resolving challenges collaboratively. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 3-10 years of experience in MERN stack development, strong expertise in NodeJS backend, React Native/ReactJS, MongoDB, AWS services, and code deployment practices. You should also have a strong AI-first mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
