Develop ethical, cruelty-free, and organic dairy practices that focus on stress-free animal management. Ensure calf-first milk policy and implement natural breeding programs to maintain genetic purity. Establish a scientifically balanced, organic nutrition plan that enhances milk quality without artificial hormones. Dairy Hygiene, SOPs & amp; Food Safety Develop and implement SOPs for cattle hygiene, milking processes, and dairy handling Ensure compliance with organic dairy standards, milk safety, and hygiene best practices Establish clean milking protocols including pre-milking and post-milking hygiene to maintain high - quality, contamination-free milk. Set up quality control systems for milk storage, pasteurization (if applicable), and dairy processing Implement regular audits to ensure adherence to farm sanitation, animal welfare, and food safety regulations. Fodder Management & amp; Regenerative Grazing Develop an organic fodder program using indigenous grasses, seasonal crops, and supplements. Implement regenerative grazing techniques to improve soil fertility and cow health. Reduce dependence on commercial cattle feed by developing cost- effective, farm-based nutrition plans. Disease Prevention & amp; Holistic Veterinary Care Establish preventive healthcare protocols to minimize disease outbreaks. Use herbal, Ayurvedic, and homeopathic treatments instead of chemical antibiotics. Implement vaccination schedules, natural deworming techniques, and stress-reduction practices for herd health. Monitor cow behaviour, lactation cycles, and reproductive health for continuous improvement. Sustainable & amp; Waste Management Integration Develop a cow dung-based circular economy, producing biogas, compost, and organic fertilizers. Implement waste-to-resource conversion models to ensure zero-waste dairy operations. Promote cow-based natural farming inputs such as Jeevamrut and Panchagavya. Experience in developing and implementing SOPs for dairy hygiene, food safety, and quality assurance. Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale dairy farms while maintaining cost efficiency and sustainability. Familiarity with IoT-driven herd management, AI-based farm analytics, and smart dairy tracking systems is a plus.
