As a Specialties Technical Sales Manager at Adisseo, you will be a vital member of the IMEA team, responsible for promoting Adisseo products and services in East India (UP, Bihar & Jharkhand). Working closely with the Area Sales Manager, your role will involve proposing customized solutions to key customers, combining products and services to bring value. Your responsibilities will include promoting and selling the full range of Adisseo products and services, demonstrating deep technical knowledge to customers, prospects, and key influencers. You will contribute to the Marketing Intelligence of the Performance Products, assist in defining market priorities and sales strategy, and drive expansion and growth in commercial activity in your area by understanding customers" decision-making processes and industry trends. To excel in this role, you should maintain a thorough understanding of Adisseo's poultry products and services, industry regulations, and best practices. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful launch of new products, developing a business development roadmap, and providing support, advice, and training to main distributors and customers. Additionally, you will organize events and technical demonstrations for customers and distributors, while continuously monitoring market trends and opportunities. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and a background in animal nutrition and/or veterinary activities. A graduate with post-graduate qualifications and at least 3-5 years of successful experience in the Poultry Industry, animal nutrition, and/or health products/services is preferred. You should have a robust network in the industry, a strong knowledge of poultry products, key customers, distributors, market trends, and industry regulations. As a sales hunter and team player, you should be outgoing, adaptable, autonomous, and results-driven. Analytical and sharp, you should be ready for challenges and possess expertise in utilizing sales analytics tools and CRM software to generate reports. Your ability to understand customer critical issues and deliver optimal solutions will be crucial in this role. This position is home office-based and requires 75% customer-facing time through active field visits. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for this role.,
