About the Role We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Executive to design, edit, and manage engaging digital content for Verma Consultancy and our diverse clients. You’ll transform client-provided images and videos into eye-catching posts, reels, banners, and marketing materials — and ensure they reach the right audiences through well-managed social media channels. If you love creating scroll-stopping visuals, editing short-form content, and keeping brands active on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube — this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Design high-quality social media graphics, posts, stories, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials. Edit and repurpose client-provided video clips and photos into engaging reels, shorts, or promo videos. Write catchy, on-brand captions and CTAs for posts and reels. Create, manage, and schedule content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Publish posts and reels using scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite or similar. Coordinate with clients and the internal team to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in design and social content. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in social media management and graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva. Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro) to create reels and shorts from existing footage. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube formats and posting best practices. Strong creative thinking and attention to detail. Good written communication and organizational skills.
