Some of the nicest, most professional staff I've ever met. If you miss an appointment, they will follow-up with you. They compensate you for your participation if you're enrolled in a study. They need you just as much you need them, so reciprocity feels present.

They don’t pay their participants. Just use them as Guinea pigs and then find invalid excuses as to why they can’t be compensated

They don't have studies that pay over a $1,000 so far that I seen . Staff is really friendly . First place I have come across in Cleveland Ohio. Most studies are located far so it's nice to have one locally.
