All the staff are very courteous and professional. Yet my appointment was at 730 am, it's now 500 pm. I still have yet to be paid. I even called about my pay at 300 pm, still nothing. Meridian never made me wait. Card was loaded as I walked out the door.

3 times my appointments have been cancelled. Twice the day of. It is extremely bothersome.

All the way through from setting the appointments to the very last visit everybody that I dealt with was friendly and had my best interest in mind. They pay on time. Money was loaded onto my card upon completion I was even able to use it to get groceries on the way home.

Not good never got my full payment for going in to my appointment. The paperwork did Not say anything about a partial payment. It stated if I did not qualify I would receive 150. They paid me 50 dollars and said that was what I was supposed to receive. Smh. Dishonest.

This place is great but given that clinical research is not the main occupation for the majority of participants, your hours should allow for people to schedule visits AROUND their regular jobs. I know your staff have to have lives too, but …

Appointment canceled the morning of my appointment after I had taken off work. The study was full. I wish they could have told me that earlier and not the day of the appointment.
