Vehicle Electrical Technician

Role Overview: You will be responsible for diagnosing electrical issues in vehicles by identifying problems within the electrical system using diagnostic tools, technical diagrams, and your knowledge of vehicle systems. You will also be required to repair or replace faulty wiring, electronic parts, lighting systems, and other electrical components. Additionally, you will be involved in installing new electrical systems which may include wiring, lighting, or other electrical accessories, and potentially retrofitting auxiliary equipment. Routine maintenance of electrical systems to ensure proper functioning will be part of your responsibilities. It is crucial for you to be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to effectively diagnose and repair systems. You will also need to utilize diagnostic equipment such as digital diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
