Job Description

We are hiring Vehicle Delivery Coordinator for KVR Tata Kannur! Contact 9746476006

Duties are..

Customer Interaction: Guides customers on the vehicle's features and technology, answers questions, and addresses any concerns after delivery.
Paperwork and Documentation: Verifies that all necessary sales and delivery documentation is correctly completed and processed.
Vehicle Preparation: Supervises the preparation of sold vehicles, ensuring all purchased options are installed and features are operational before delivery.
Delivery Process Management: Coordinates the physical delivery of vehicles to customers, ensuring a professional and timely handover.
Quality Control: Conducts quality checks on vehicles to confirm they meet delivery standards.
Follow-Up: Develops and maintains an owner follow-up program to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
