As a Driver and Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include mapping out driving routes in advance to ensure efficient travel, picking up management as per their requested time and location, maintaining clean and comfortable car seats for all passengers, scheduling regular car service appointments, and reporting any issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for booking car wash and detailing services to uphold the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the car. Furthermore, you will assist staff with loading and unloading machinery and equipment, manage transportation and couriers, handle procurement of materials as directed by the office, and oversee warehouse management. This is a full-time position with benefits including commuter assistance. The work schedule will primarily consist of day shifts with weekend availability.
