Job Brief: We are looking for a Kannada Language Trainer with excellent teaching & strong communication skills in English and Hindi Responsibilities and Duties: Teaching spoken Kannada & reading-writing to Learners. Conducting online Demos & one-to-one classes for our Learners. Understanding our Learner's needs, and teaching them with empathy & patience. Requirements and Qualifications: The Coach should have a deep understanding of Kannada, as well as a solid foundation in language teaching theory and practice. Strong communication skills in English, and Kannada. And any other South Indian language. Effective teaching skills - engaging our Learners with creative lessons & a strong classroom presence. Adaptability & flexibility. Proficient with using Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zoom, and Google Meet. Work experience in a teaching role.
Role & responsibilities Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads generated through various marketing channels (website inquiries, webinar attendees, content downloads, etc.). Qualify leads to understand their needs, motivations, and suitability for our online education programs/services. Nurture relationships with prospective students/clients, providing them with relevant information and support throughout their buyer's journey. Conduct compelling virtual consultations and demonstrations of our online offerings, clearly articulating their value and benefits in response to expressed interest. Guide interested prospects through the sales funnel, from initial inquiry to enrollment/purchase, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, lead status, and client interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with our marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, helping to refine our inbound strategies. Stay current with trends and developments in the online education industry to effectively address prospect questions and position our offerings. Preferred candidate profile A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience specifically within the online education or EdTech industry, with a strong focus on managing inbound leads. Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an inbound or consultative sales environment. Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clients virtually. Strong ability to understand and address client needs, providing tailored solutions and guidance. Experience in efficiently managing a pipeline of inbound leads and utilizing CRM software effectively. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and proactively in a remote setting. A genuine passion for education and a belief in the value of online learning.
