As we expand our in-house sales team, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join us. Role: Real Estate Sales Executive We are looking for a seasoned Real Estate Sales Executive to drive sales for our Ranikhet project. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in real estate sales who thrives in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets through proactive outreach and effective client management. Your responsibilities will include: Daily Client Outreach: Making a minimum of 250+ calls per day to prospective clients. Prospect Generation: Identifying and generating a minimum of 4 new qualified prospects daily. Sales Closure: Achieving a minimum of one successful sales closure per month. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers. Product Knowledge: Developing an in-depth understanding of our Ranikhet project to effectively present its value proposition. Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and providing regular updates to management. What We Offer Competitive Compensation: Timely and reliable salary support.
