Key Responsibilities at this Role
- Design and implement robust test frameworks for robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot system-level issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Lead end-to-end test processes and document results.
- Define validation criteria for re-testing product variants.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies to enhance test coverage.
- Develop and maintain existing test infrastructure.
- Provide technical support across development and validation lifecycle.
Skill: The Expertise RequiredMust-Haves for this Role
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, Robotics and Automation, or Mechatronics.
- Experience: 4–7 years in Robotics, Drones, or Industrial Automation, with experience as a Robotics Validation Engineer, Validation Engineer, Verification & Validation Engineer, or Systems Engineer in robotics.
- Hardware Expertise: Hands-on experience in hardware validation, robotic platforms, motion control systems, or material handling systems. Robotics or industrial automation experience is mandatory.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Strong experience in system-level testing, root cause analysis, and hardware–software integration.
- Documentation: Proficiency in test documentation, validation reports, and issue tracking. Purely software testing experience is not relevant.

Pay: ₹83,000.00 - ₹133,333.00 per month
