Our products include: VaidyaLab (LIMS): Completed and production-ready VaidyaOne (PHR App): 50%+ development completed VaidyaMD (e-Prescription & EMR): Core workflows designed and under development We are not in idea stage, development has been underway for months, and you will join an active product engineering environment. Role Overview We are hiring a Software Engineering Intern to support and work directly under our incoming Chief Technical Officer. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone passionate about building real-world health-tech products at scale. You will assist with maintaining existing systems, implementing new features, supporting deployments, and improving platform performance across our three active products. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain backend and frontend components across VaidyaLab, VaidyaMD, and VaidyaOne Implement modules, bug fixes, and enhancements as directed by the CTO Support DevOps activities including CI/CD, deployments, logs, and performance monitoring Work on API integrations (ABHA/ABDM, FHIR, DICOM workflows, etc.) Write clean, maintainable code and prepare internal technical documentation Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions Assist with cloud infrastructure tasks on GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build) Required Skills Development: Java TSX / TypeScript Python PostgreSQL DevOps / Cloud: Google Cloud Run Google Cloud SQL Google Cloud Build General: Solid programming fundamentals Understanding of Git, APIs, and database design Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership Strong problem-solving mindset Good communication & teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications B.Tech / M.Tech (Computer Science or related) : Final-year students welcome Prior internship/project experience is a plus Interest in healthcare technology, data interoperability, AI, or cloud-native development What You’ll Gain Direct mentorship from the CTO Experience working on real production healthcare systems Exposure to scalable backend architecture and cloud deployment workflows Understanding of ABDM, FHIR, LOINC, and healthcare data standards A strong project portfolio with shipped features PPO opportunity (Full-Time Offer) based on performance Internship Details Location: Hybrid (Remote + In-person when required; Hyderabad preferred) Duration: 3–6 months Stipend: Competitive Start Date: Immediate
