Key Responsibilities Identify and convert potential leads through calls, social media, networking, emails, and field visits. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Web Designing, Branding, etc.). Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and proposal discussions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Negotiate pricing and prepare quotations and proposals. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Maintain CRM / sales reports including leads, follow-ups, and closures. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and digital marketing solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in sales (preferably in digital marketing / advertising / IT services). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation & closing skills. Customer-centric attitude with strong relationship-building ability. Ability to understand and explain digital marketing services in simple terms. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Knowledge of MS Office / CRM software is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
