A Field Marketing Executive in a hospital is responsible for promoting hospital services, building strong connections with doctors, corporate organizations, and the community, and driving patient inflow through outreach activities. Key Responsibilities. Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and referral partners to promote hospital services. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, corporate HRs, insurance companies, and TPAs. Identify potential referral sources and generate leads for patient admissions. Organize and participate in health camps, awareness programs, and CSR activities. Distribute hospital brochures, pamphlets, and other promotional materials. Build goodwill in the community to strengthen the hospital’s brand presence. Execute field-level marketing campaigns as per hospital strategy. Ensure hospital visibility through outdoor branding, camps, and events. Assist in bringing referrals and guiding patients to appropriate hospital departments. Provide information about hospital specialties, doctors, and facilities. Ensure a smooth experience for patients referred through field marketing efforts. Reporting & Coordination · Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and conversions. · Coordinate with the hospital marketing team and PRO for branding activities. Roles & Responsibilities: Financial Counseling, Bill Preparation and Insurance Approvals. Admission, Discharges, preparing MIS reports, handle queries related to claims and reimbursements. Tracking payments made by insurance agencies and patients. · To attend to patient clarifications with regard to billing · Defining IP Packages & Tariff and revising them from time to time as per decision of the Management. · To follow-up on payment of outstanding dues with empaneled Corporate/ Institutions · To co-ordinate with Third Party Administrations (TPAs) and follow-up on payment of outstanding dues · To deal with billing clarifications · Monitor the billing process and to check the bills on a daily basis · To follow-up on dues from patients in case of default in payment · Provide data for Consultants/Doctors payments · To supervise the seamless operation of IN/OUT patient department including registration, documentation, and billing · Capture accurate patient information at registration and throughout IP Patient flow. · To ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the patient care services department · Any other work assigned by the Management from time to time.
