Role & responsibilities : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. Utilize various recruitment channels, including Naukri.com , social media, and employee referrals. Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers. Conduct background checks and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Support the performance management process, including performance reviews and goal setting. Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in the HRIS system, manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Identify training needs and assist in the development and delivery of training programs. Plan initiatives like team-building, recognition, wellness programs to boost morale and retention. Preferred candidate profile 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, generalist or executive role. The candidate must have experience/ knowledge with logistics industry will be preferred. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and modern HR tools. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently and as part of a team.
