UX/UI Designer Figma Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites and web applications

2. ⁠Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve user experience

3. ⁠Conduct user research and apply insights to design decisions

4. ⁠Create responsive and user-friendly designs optimized for all devices

5. ⁠Ensure consistency in visual elements and maintain design system guidelines

6. ⁠Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing

7. ⁠Contribute creative ideas to enhance website look and usability

Eligibility:

1. Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

2. ⁠Understanding of UI/UX principles, color theory, and typography

3. ⁠Creativity and attention to detail

4. ⁠Strong communication and collaboration skills

5. ⁠A portfolio (academic or personal projects) demonstrating design skills

6. ⁠Willingness to learn and take feedback positively

Plus Factors:

• Experience with front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, surveys).
• Experience with graphic design.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
