UX/CX Researcher

We are seeking an experienced UX/CX Researcher to drive user-centered design decisions and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conducting comprehensive user research, analyzing customer behavior, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve product usability and customer satisfaction. As a UX/CX Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather valuable insights. You will analyze customer journey maps to identify pain points and design and execute research methodologies for product insights. Your role will also involve presenting research findings to stakeholders and design teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement user-centered solutions, and creating detailed research reports and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of experience in UX/CX research and proficiency in research tools like UserTesting, Hotjar, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are required, along with knowledge of design thinking principles.
