UX Specialist - Java script

Job Description: As a Frontend Engineer/Application Engineer at the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) within Client, you will collaborate closely with a global team consisting of product owners, solution architects, and data engineers to work on cutting-edge data applications on the UPTIMIZE Platform (utilizing tools such as Palantir Foundry, AWS, Tableau, Snowflake). The primary objective is to develop data and analytics products that enable data-driven decision-making and engage our users effectively. The focus is on leveraging data and analytics to facilitate closed-loop operations. At Client, we highly value curiosity and encourage our Frontend Engineers to generate innovative ideas for our revolutionary applications. It is crucial for you to possess a solid understanding of UX in order to independently create designs that support specific functionalities or bring data visualizations to life. In our daily operations, we rely on Palantir Foundry and build and maintain applications in Workshop and Slate, primarily within a low-code environment. Additionally, we aim to expand our applications on AWS, where your expertise will be invaluable. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about exploring new possibilities on our platform and pushing the boundaries of innovation. Given our specialization in data applications, experience in data engineering or close collaboration with data engineers would be advantageous. Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively with a diverse team of product owners, solution architects, and data engineers to design, develop, test, and upkeep advanced data applications in Palantir Foundry. - Conceptualize and execute creative and original ideas for developing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces independently. - Develop and sustain intuitive applications using Typescript/JavaScript. - Ensure code quality through testing and code review procedures using version control systems like GIT. - Continuously assess and enhance the user experience of our applications. This role requires: - A minimum of 3 years of software development experience. - A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or related disciplines. - Exceptional communication skills. - A user-centric approach to problem-solving. - Proficiency in UX principles. - Strong design intuition.,
