Primary Responsibilities: User Research & Insights: Conduct user research, analyze customer behavior, and gather insights to enhance the product experience. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. Visual & Interaction Design: Develop intuitive, aesthetically appealing, and functional UI designs in collaboration with product and development teams. Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into seamless experiences. Usability Testing & Feedback: Test designs with users, collect feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement. Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and design principles to drive innovation. Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or logistics platforms. Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing. Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to take ownership, and a keen eye for detail. Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, wireframes, and interaction flows. Bonus: Experience working with design systems, A/B testing, or Agile methodologies.
