As we scale, we are looking for a Lead - Business Analytics to drive data-led decision-making, optimize business performance, and provide actionable insights across key business functions. Role Overview: The Senior Manager - Business Analytics will lead the company's data and analytics strategy, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Customer Support and Finance teams. The role will focus on building a single source of truth, scalable analytics frameworks, driving business intelligence (BI), optimizing revenue and customer retention, and uncovering growth opportunities. This is a high-impact role requiring expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Business Insights & Data-Driven Strategy Develop and implement business intelligence frameworks to track company performance, customer behavior, and revenue trends. Define and monitor KPIs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Operations to drive performance improvements. Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency. Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reports for leadership visibility on key business metrics. Revenue Optimization & Customer Analytics Analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and churn rates to improve profitability. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using predictive analytics and customer segmentation. Work closely with Sales & KAM teams to provide insights on customer behavior, retention strategies, and revenue expansion. Operational & Financial Performance Analysis Track and analyze logistics efficiency, cost structures, and service-level performance. Provide cost-benefit analysis on pricing, discounting, and margin protection strategies. Collaborate with Finance to optimize revenue forecasting, cost reduction, and P&L insights. Data Infrastructure & Process Optimization Define single source of truth around companys data Work with Tech teams to improve data collection, warehousing, and automation processes. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all business functions. Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Service teams to align business goals with data-driven insights. Present monthly and quarterly business reviews to leadership, highlighting key trends and opportunities. Develop a culture of data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization. Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or BI roles, with at least 2 years in a startup environment Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and CRM analytics. Experience in SaaS, logistics tech, eCommerce, or digital-first businesses preferred. Deep understanding of revenue analytics, customer behavior insights, and operational KPIs. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations. Highly collaborative, process-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership decisions. Why Join Us?
