Description
As a UX & Design Associate at Unpaqd, you will have the opportunity to blend creativity with clarity to design stunning, intuitive interfaces for web and mobile experiences as well as craft compelling visuals for brand and marketing channels. You will work closely with the founders and product team to shape Unpaqd's design language across various touchpoints. This role is not just a 9-to-5 job but a builders playground where you will take ownership, solve design challenges, and thrive in startup chaos. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and refine web and app interfaces in Figma with a focus on usability and visual appeal - Create marketing collaterals, social creatives, and video edits for brand campaigns and product launches - Ensure consistent visual language across all digital platforms by collaborating with product, tech, and marketing teams - Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new features and brand initiatives - Take ownership of design projects from concept to final delivery - Help define and evolve Unpaqd's visual identity and design system **Qualifications Required:** - Comfortable with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects), and other relevant tools - Keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout - Strong communication skills with a proactive approach - Motivated by impact and learning, not titles or formalities - Passionate about startups, travel, and building from scratch - Nice-to-have: Prior exposure to UX/UI design or product design, basic understanding of motion graphics or prototyping, Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) If you join Unpaqd, you will be part of the founding team shaping the visual and product identity of a next-gen travel platform. You will work directly with founders, contribute to product building, and have complete ownership of your craft, defining how users experience Unpaqd.
