Ensure Total plant machinery is in working condition wrt Electrical / Mechanical. Zero Breakdown through Preventive & predictive Maintenance of all plant and machinery wrt electrical. Ensure Optimum Electrical and Fuel Cost and reduction in maintenance cost. Monitoring of PF, KWH, Voltage, and current in the plant. Maintain spare parts, its stock, machine history as per list. Machine maintenance as per ISO, TS, OSHAS & System & Documentation process. TPM Implementation. Customer Audit. (NPD )/ Breakdown report monitoring and analysis. Utilities monitoring/Checking shop floor/ Spare parts maintenance. Machine repair monitoring from external source. Maintaining spare parts inventory for critical machine spares. Electricity and fuel consumption control. Spare parts control in terms of quality & value. Maintaining spare part inventory. New machine installation and commissions.
