As a Sponsorship Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in our team by proactively seeking and securing sponsorships for various events. You will be responsible for physically visiting potential sponsors to pitch sponsorship opportunities, developing and executing strategies to acquire sponsors for college fests, corporate events, and other major gatherings. Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate sponsors, brands, and agencies will be key, as well as identifying potential sponsors and creating compelling sponsorship proposals. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential to ensure sponsor visibility and ROI, along with conducting market research to stay updated on sponsorship trends and opportunities. Working closely with event organizers to align sponsorship packages with event requirements and maintaining a database of sponsors, tracking engagement, and following up on leads will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and networking abilities, and be comfortable with frequent travel for on-field sponsorship acquisition.
