Position Summary
Level - Lead Sr. Associate As an experienced Associate at Deloitte Edge24, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines.

Provides specialized operational support for United States employee benefits programs within the HR Global Shared Operations (HR GSO). Acts as an operations specialist for U.S. benefits administration, supporting standard and complex inquiries, escalations, vendor coordination, case resolution, process execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensures compliance with U.S. benefits regulations, accurate transaction processing, exceptional employee experience, and effective partnership with HR, vendors, payroll, and Benefits COE stakeholders. This role requires frequent flexibility to support U.S. business hours, including evening hours in India.

Work you'll do

As a Benefits Operations Specialist on the Human Capital team, you will be responsible for…

• Resolving standard and complex employee, manager, human resources, and vendor benefits inquiries through case investigation, documentation, and escalation management.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and processing benefits transactions, including eligibility reviews and dependent verification, in accordance with established procedures and service levels.
• Supporting annual open enrollment, life-event processing, employee communications, and coverage during benefits program changes.
• Coordinating with third-party benefits vendors, payroll, human resources technology, and Benefits Centers of Excellence to resolve operational issues and benefits-to-payroll discrepancies.
• Maintaining case records, audit trails, process documentation, and knowledge articles; protecting confidential employee information; and monitoring service metrics, quality results, and recurring issues to inform process improvements.

Shift Timings: Night Shifts

This role requires working from the Hyderabad office five days per week.

Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years of experience in United States benefits administration, benefits operations, human resources shared services, human resources operations, or employee support functions supporting United States benefits programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related learning and experience.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting United States employee benefits programs.
• Experience administering health and welfare plans, retirement plans, disability programs, and leave-related benefits.
• Experience in a global shared services or outsourcing environment.
• Experience using Workday, benefits administration platforms, or case management systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Experience with payroll-benefits reconciliation, vendor management, reporting, process documentation, or operational process improvement.
