Project Role :User Experience Engineer
Project Role Description :Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve translating design concepts into prototype solutions swiftly and tangibly, while maintaining a balanced understanding of technical feasibility and design intent. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the user experience is not only functional but also engaging and intuitive, making a significant impact on the overall product development process.
Roles Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative design solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design.
    Professional Technical Skills:
    Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies to communicate effectively with development teams.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
