This full-time role is based in Pune and Mumbai, where you will be tasked with offering individual and group career counseling sessions, aiding in career development and management plans, conducting student counseling meetings, and designing and executing career-related programs and workshops. It is essential to stay updated on labor market trends and career prospects to provide effective guidance to students and clients. Your main focus will be on mentoring students interested in the education systems of the USA and Germany. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Career Counseling, particularly with a focus on USA admissions and an in-depth understanding of the US education system. Proficiency in Career Development, Career Management, Student Counseling, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups are essential. Furthermore, the capability to conduct and interpret career assessments is crucial. Prior experience in the education or EdTech sector would be advantageous for this role.,
