We are looking for a dynamic and confident Academic Counsellor (Fresher) with excellent communication skills to join our team. The role involves guiding students, understanding their academic needs, and helping them choose the right programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Interact with students and understand their academic or career-related queries Provide counselling on available courses, career paths, and admission procedures Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries Follow up with students and convert leads into admissions Maintain accurate student database and documentation Ensure a smooth and positive counselling experience Meet daily/weekly counselling and conversion targets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, energetic, and presentable personality Strong listening and convincing skills Ability to explain information clearly to students Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM preferred) Fresher candidates with strong communication are encouraged to apply
