US TAXATION - Seniors, Supervisor & Managers

As a US Tax Prepare and Reviewer, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing US income tax returns for individuals and companies, including Form 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 990. Your role will involve identifying potential tax credits and liabilities, ensuring accurate and timely filing of returns for Federal, multi-state, and local income tax returns while adhering to US Tax Compliance and regulations. - Prepare and assist in preparing simple to complex tax returns for individuals and small businesses. - Review various financial records such as income statements, expenditure receipts, and previous tax returns to develop a strategy for preparing current returns. - Interview clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their financial situation. - Utilize electronic filing software such as Pro system FX, Pro series, Lacerte, Go System, Drake, Ultra tax, and Intuit online tax for tax return preparation. QuickBooks expertise is also required. - Verify accuracy of totals on previous forms. - Support the operations team with their daily workload. - Minimum 3.5-8 years of experience in preparation and review of US tax returns. - Proficiency in CCH Access and Go System. - College Degree in a relevant field such as commerce or finance. - Strong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or willingness to independently study and acquire this knowledge.,
