Job Summary

We are seeking candidates with prior taxation experience and international work experience for the position of International Taxation Associate – Voice & Chat Process at our Gurugram office.

The selected candidate will handle customer and client queries related to international taxation processes through inbound voice calls and chat support. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, accurate documentation, and adherence to established process guidelines and data confidentiality standards.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and are comfortable working in a rotational-shift, office-based environment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer and client queries through voice calls and chat channels.
• Assist customers with international taxation-related processes and general queries within the scope of the assigned process.
• Provide accurate and consistent information in accordance with approved guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Review, update, and maintain customer records and related documentation accurately.
• Follow established quality standards, compliance procedures, and data confidentiality requirements.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
• Identify queries requiring additional assistance and escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and follow prescribed documentation procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, process requirements, and scheduled working hours.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation from a recognized university is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of international work experience is required.
• Prior taxation experience is mandatory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage both voice and chat interactions professionally.
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational weekly offs.
• Willingness to work from the office in Sector 30, Gurugram, Haryana.
• Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly CTC: ₹35,000.
• Cab Facility: Two-way cab facility, subject to company policy, route availability, and applicable eligibility criteria.
• Working Schedule: 5 days per week.
• Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts.
• Weekly Offs: Rotational.
• Work Arrangement: Full-time, work from office.

Salary Note: The stated amount is the total Cost to Company (CTC) per month. The actual take-home salary will depend on the salary structure, applicable deductions, and statutory contributions.
