Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Manage the full lifecycle of U.S. talent acquisition for direct client requisitions.

• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:

  Leverage major U.S. job boards (Indeed) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Screening & Assessment:

  Evaluate candidate qualifications, work authorization, technical/functional skills, salary expectations, and job fit.

• Candidate Engagement & Interviews:

  Conduct thorough initial phone screenings and interview prep to ensure candidates match client specifications and company culture.

• Client & Account Coordination:

  Work closely with U.S. Account Managers and Delivery Leads to align on candidate submissions, interview schedules, and placement feedback.

• Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:

  Handle preliminary pay rate/salary negotiations, candidate submission formatting, and post-offer compliance documen

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  1 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. Recruitment / RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing).

• Location & Work Setup:

  Must be willing to work

  100% on-site from our Mumbai office

• Communication Skills:

  Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to confidently interview and engage with U.S. candidates.

• U.S. Hiring Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), visas/work authorization statuses (USC, GC, H1B, L2, OPT/CPT), and U.S. geography/time zones.

• Tool Proficiency:

  Experience working with sourcing databases like Indeed and Microsoft tools (Excel and Word
