US Recruiter (Non-IT)

Merrivant Recruitment Group is a UK-led company that recruits for global clients. We hire for non-IT roles across construction, engineering, finance, healthcare, and professional services. We’re growing our Gurugram team and want recruiters who are comfortable with the Non-IT US market and can turn requirements into quality submissions fast.

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and our internal database
• Screen resumes against job descriptions and score candidates for fit
• Hold phone screens covering experience, trade or technical skills, location, relocation, availability, and salary expectations
• Check work authorization and employment type (USC, GC, H-1B, EAD; W2, 1099)
• Negotiate salaries and pay rates within client budgets
• Prepare and submit candidate profiles with clear screening notes
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates through to offer and start date
• Keep candidate records and pipeline status up to date in our ATS
• Hit daily and weekly targets for submissions and interviews

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a US Non-IT Recruiter
• Experience hiring for roles such as estimators, project managers, engineers, skilled trades, accountants, or healthcare staff
• Good understanding of US hiring practices, salary norms, tax terms (W2, 1099), and visa types
• Strong Boolean search and job board sourcing skills
• Excellent spoken and written English, and confidence calling US candidates
• Ability to read a non-IT job description and judge quickly whether a candidate fits
• Comfort working US night shifts against targets

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
