US QuickBooks Executive

As a Bookkeeper at our company, you will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping tasks to ensure timely data entry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting - Assisting in month-end and year-end close processes - Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures - Communicating effectively with internal teams or clients regarding financial issues To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Comfortable working night shifts. - Not currently enrolled in any academic program - Proficient in bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals - Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, and ideally SmartBooks - Solid understanding of AR/AP processes and general accounting tasks - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Additionally, the company provides benefits such as food, health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
