US Mortgage Specialist

Role Overview: You will be working as a Senior Process Executive (1-2 years) or Process Specialist (2-4 Years) in the US Mortgage domain at Infosys BPM Ltd. The job location is in Mangalore with full-time employment in the US shift. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver on day-to-day process targets to meet Customer SLAs. - Adhere to client shift timings and governance mechanisms. - Execute transactions following prescribed guidelines and timelines. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Willingness to work in business aligned shifts. - Open to accepting changes in work methods or systems for improved performance. - Knowledge of Mortgages will be an added advantage.
