Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across the United States. The candidate should have a strong understanding of US IT recruitment, different employment types, technical requirements, and candidate sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate placement.
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
• Work on technical requirements such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, Python Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, and Cloud Engineer.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and client requirements.
• Understand US employment types, including W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099 contracts, where applicable.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients within agreed timelines.
• Conduct initial screening calls to verify technical experience, communication skills, work authorization, and availability.
• Negotiate pay rates and compensation within approved budgets.
• Follow up with candidates and clients regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and joining dates.
• Maintain candidate databases, submission trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 15 years of experience in US IT recruitment; freshers may be considered for trainee positions.
• Hands-on experience with US job portals such as Dice and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of US IT staffing, recruitment terminology, and hiring practices.
• Understanding of employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Familiarity with US work authorization categories, including US citizens, Green Card holders, and visa holders, with appropriate verification.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work in US time zones and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.
• Knowledge of H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, and other US work authorization categories.
• Experience working with implementation partners and staffing vendors.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools.
• Ability to recruit for niche and senior-level technical positions.
