Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

  employee onboarding

  activities for US employees.
• Ensure HR processes are aligned with applicable

  US HR norms and company policies

  .
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, changes, and exits.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2- 6+ years of relevant experience in US HR operations is mandatory.

• Good understanding of

  US HR processes and norms

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  employee onboarding and BGV processes

  .
• Exposure to

  payroll coordination and benefits administration

  .

Educational Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline

  is required.
