Job Highlights

- Position: Customer Service Agent – Voice Process

- Location: Powai, Mumbai (Work from Office)

- Qualification: HSC or above

- Experience: Freshers & Experienced

- Salary: Up to ₹37,500 Gross / ₹33,700 In-Hand

- Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts

- Working Days: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Week Offs

- Transport: Home Pick-up & Drop for Night Shifts

Eligibility Criteria

- Good communication skills

- Comfortable with rotational night shifts

- Candidates residing within the transport boundary: Mira Road, Churchgate, Dombivli, CST & Vashi

- Clean background required (Pre-BGV process)
