Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with strong knowledge of clinical and laboratory recruitment for the US healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare positions.
• Source and recruit Lab Supervisors, Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT), Medical Assistants, and Phlebotomists.
• Use LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search, referrals, and other job portals to source qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews.
• Verify relevant healthcare experience, certifications, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with account managers and hiring teams to ensure timely submissions and closures.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of hands-on US Healthcare Recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for clinical, diagnostic laboratory, and allied healthcare roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Knowledge of US healthcare certifications and credentialing requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work US night shifts from the Hyderabad office.

Preferred: Experience recruiting for US hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, and healthcare staffing agencies.
