US Healthcare Product Analyst

This role requires close partnership and collaboration with Customer Organization and Product engineering teams. Your essential job duties shall include evaluating the product being built against customer current and future needs as well as competition. This evaluation will enable you to identify table stake, differentiated, and innovative features that need to be incorporated into the product. You must possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, from an accredited institution. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a Product Management environment, working closely with multiple stakeholders including internal teams, customer organizations, and vendors. Experience in developing and deploying software as a service (SaaS) applications with popular public cloud platforms and integrating SaaS products with on-premise systems is required. Your responsibilities will also include communicating and facilitating architecture design discussions, decisions, and impacts to key stakeholders. Experience in legacy and web-based systems interfaces, Application Programmable Interfaces (APIs), EPIC FEATURE and User Story writing, Agile methodology, and a desire to work in a Global delivery environment are essential. In terms of technical requirements, you should have primary skills in the domain of Healthcare, particularly Healthcare Provider Technology, Healthcare Provider Revenue Cycle Management, and Clinical management. Additional responsibilities will involve working with clients to identify business challenges, refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data for client deliverables. You should stay aware of the latest technologies and trends, possess logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to collaborate effectively. Furthermore, you should be capable of assessing current processes, identifying improvement areas, and suggesting technology solutions. Having knowledge in one or two industry domains is preferred. Preferred skills for this role include expertise in the domain of Healthcare, specifically in Provider Technology, Healthcare Provider Revenue Cycle Management, and Clinical management.,
