As a Senior/Assistant Manager in FSO- SALT BCMI at EY, your main job purpose involves developing, mentoring, and supervising Analysts and Advanced Analysts. You will act as a counsellor for them, proactively recognize issues and recommend solutions, seek opportunities to diversify client load, and foster collaboration within the team. It is essential for you to demonstrate basic presentation and public speaking skills, communicate effectively in various situations, and display a general knowledge of the engagement big picture. Additionally, you should take ownership of your schedule, adhere to practice protocols, and explore opportunities for rotation.
