Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and close deals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and feedback.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO sales, cold calling, inside sales, outbound calling, telemarketing
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on verbal and written English proficiency.
