Description
We are on the lookout for an electronics & electrical engineer who is well versed in developing Embedded System products from the ground up through the full development cycle from specifications to design, manufacturing, & testing. The engineer must be self-motivated and must be proactive. He/she must be skilled in understanding circuits and sensors and implementing IoT. Ability to create thorough test cases for complex embedded applications. With over-the-air upgrades to the software and firmware of an embedded systems (e.g., A/B seamless update) is required. Understanding on debugging communication protocols using instruments/analyzers. Responsibilities: Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production deployment. Strong understanding of compiler, linker, and development tools like code composer/cross composer/MP Lab, etc. Attitude of thoroughness in requirement gathering, design and validation of the design with strong pride in delivering well thought out and rigorously tested solutions. Ability to forecast technical risk for a project or engagement. Good communication skills with a track record of making impactful and effective design presentations is desired. Understanding on RTOS, interface libraries USB drivers are additional plus. Design, develop, code, test and debug system software Review code and design Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources Integrate and validate new product designs Support software QA and optimize I/O performance Interface with hardware design and development Assess third party and open source software Detects areas in embedded systems that need improvement and leads the work on making those improvements Trouble-shooting and the root cause analysis of issues with embedded systems Take leadership and ownership of product development cycles. Independent to experiment with technicals, design, development, soft skills, etc. Collaborate and work across multiple verticals of engineering including software, electronics and mechanical engineering. Push your skillset beyond your comfort zone. Widely open to learning. Practical experience with PCB with design software. Strong practical knowledge in IoT Proficient knowledge of sensor Knowledge of machine learning and AI Understanding on custom-built firmware and hardware Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong coding skills with proven ability to write well-documented, maintainable, and testable code. A completed apprenticeship or additional courses would be advantageous. Requirements: B-Tech/Diploma degree in Electronics and Electrical, IOT Engineer Significant programming in C/C++ programming Hands on Experience in working with real-time operating systems Hands on Experience in debugging and using debugging tools Hands on Experience in OS coding techiniques, interfaces, IP protocols, and hardware subsystems Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components Proficiency in working with common embedded systems communication protocols Strong documentation and writing skills Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and passionate about your work and embedded systems Take charge of the development of the electronics and IoT development. Observing existing processes and making recommendations for improvement. Creating automated systems and the software to control them.
