Job Description

Salesforce QA Engineer Exp : 3-5 Knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, Community Cloud Understanding business requirements, creating structured test plans, and defining the scope of testing activities. Test Case Development & Execution: Developing detailed test cases, executing both manual and automated tests, and documenting results. Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, working with development teams to ensure resolution. Regression Testing: Ensuring new releases don't break existing functionality and validating fixes. UAT Participation: Participating in User Acceptance Testing to validate the solution meets business needs. Data Migration & Integration: Verifying data migration and integration of Salesforce with other systems. Test Data Management: Creating and maintaining test data for various testing scenarios. Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the quality of Salesforce solutions. Stay Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices. Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
