The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Azure, and dashboard creation . This role requires a proactive individual who can develop insightful reports and dashboards, optimize data models, and work efficiently with stakeholders to deliver impactful business intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Write DAX queries to optimize performance and enhance report functionalities. Work with SQL databases to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for reporting needs. Integrate Power BI with Azure services to ensure data availability and security. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations. Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy. Stay updated with the latest Power BI and Azure features to enhance reporting capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development . Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) . Experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, and data modeling . Familiarity with Azure cloud services related to Power BI. Proven ability to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Bengali-speaking candidates are preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Microsoft BI tools . Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
