Requirements:
5+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Node.jsMinimum 2 years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead roleHands-on with RESTful APIs, microservices, MongoDB/MySQL, AWS, and CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of system design, code quality, and performance optimizationAbility to mentor and guide a team of backend developers

Responsibilities:Lead the backend team in design, development, and deployment of applicationsCollaborate with front-end teams, DevOps, and stakeholders for seamless product deliveryEnsure code quality, best practices, and performance standardsConduct code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planningDrive innovation and continuous improvement in architecture and development processes
