Urgent-HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in hiring the right talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for open positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external hiring partners.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status updates to management.
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
• Maintain proper recruitment records and ensure compliance with HR processes.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and HRMS.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
